Return, Pre-order Cancellation & Warranty Policy

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pre-order Cancellation

• A pre-order may be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the scheduled shipping date, and a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

• For cancellations made within 4 weeks of the scheduled shipping date, production materials and manufacturing resources have already been allocated. Therefore, the maximum refund will be 65% of the deposit paid. The remaining amount is retained to cover production planning, material procurement, and administrative costs.

• Custom colour orders are made specifically to the customer's specifications and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

• Once the order has been shipped, the Return & Warranty Policy below applies.

Return Policy

• Unused products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the harness is unused, unflown, unmodified, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

• Shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, taxes, payment processing fees, and any other third-party charges are non-refundable.

• Used products (PPE): Once a harness has been flown, it is considered used Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and is not eligible for return or refund, unless a verified manufacturing defect is confirmed by Fly Bello after inspection.

Warranty

• Fly Bello warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

• The warranty does not cover issues related to sizing, personal fit, body proportions, comfort preferences, incorrect adjustment, improper use, modifications, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused during transportation by the customer.

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Fly Bello will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product. A refund will only be considered if the defect cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.

Sizing

• Harness fit depends on individual body proportions, flying position, adjustment, as well as height and weight.

• If you are unsure about sizing, please contact Fly Bello before placing your order for sizing advice. While we are happy to provide recommendations, the final size selection remains the customer's responsibility.
